Tangled garden.

We have a green waste collection coming up in our council area so I set out to clean up an overgrown area in my garden including much of my Queens birthday holiday.   It has a few native bushes, lavender, and within the tangle is a climbing geranium, a weedy growth of grass,  plus a thorny bush.  The climbing geranium particularly seems to work its way through everything but then with its growth and weight push down and strangles and damages the plants it is growing over. Quite parasitic.  Must be a few life analogies about that.  Reaching out too far without planning?  Considering your firm foundation before growing too much?  Considering others that got you to your heights?  Will have to keep thinking about this one.
