A message we can apply within librarianship and apply to our patrons. It also makes good points about mentoring, reverse mentoring, and coaching younger teachers by older teachers. We are not to assume older people are not digitally competent or up with latest technologies. Similarly we should not assume digital literacy for younger people. Also some good points are made about mentoring and coaching younger teachers by older teachers. You can be older and vibrant!
